M & D 参考文献的要求是什么意思啊 已有1人参与

文章修改时对参考文献的描述中要求：No.1 References to 'personal communication' are not acceptable 是啥意思啊？ No.2 还有这句话是什么意思啊：In order to maintain active ongoing threads of scientific discussion, the authors are encouraged to demonstrate the connection between their work and recent reports published in Materials & Design 附参考文献的要求： References must contain no more than 20% self-citations. At least 25% of citations must be from the last 3 years. References to 'personal communication' are not acceptable, nor to other sources that cannot be readily accessed by the reviewers. In order to maintain active ongoing threads of scientific discussion, the authors are encouraged to demonstrate the connection between their work and recent reports published in Materials & Design |
