文章被接受了，但是编辑一直发邮件要final file，急求，发了四次了 已有2人参与

文章被接收后，11月18号当天编辑给我发了两封邮件，一封让我以邮件形式发送final file，一封是发给别人的邮件发错了发给了我，然后我18号声明编辑的一封邮件发错了，而且在这封邮件中上传了我的final file。但是编辑却针对我18号的声明邮件，一直给我发以下邮件: Please ignore the email sent to Cunxi Liu. We look forward to receiving the final files for your manuscript. Hope you have received our email regarding that. We required the following- We required the following- 1) Final Production Copy - Please email us the final version of the main document, which can be exported to production. Please note that the document should be clean, without any track changes or highlights and in an editable format (word document, preferably). Please also ensure that all the figures and tables are correctly cited within the main document. 2) Figures/Images- Figures and Images have to be of high resolution and in an editable format. Therefore, please send us each figure as a separate figure file in either of these formats- JPEG, EPS, TIFF or XLS. 3) Tables – In case your document contains tables, please ensure that their captions are in place and they have been cited in the manuscript. The tables can be a part of the final document or may be sent to us in a separate word document. Please let me know if you need any additional clarification. We look forward to receiving the final files. 粗体部分是11月18号的时候已经说了final file的格式。上面的这封相同的邮件已经于19,23,26,27号发给了我，我又把文章相同的提交了2次，而且27号的邮件是发给所有作者的，不仅仅是通信作者的。这到底是啥意思？难道是她没有收到我的邮件？还是我的final file格式不对？搞不懂，第一篇被接受的sci不想这样被搞黄了。谢谢了，各位虫友。 163邮箱的发送状态： 收件人 发送状态 *******@sagepub.co.uk 成功到达对方服务器 2015年11月27日 21:08(星期五) |
