The journal does not charge a submission fee or publication fee. If your article is accepted for publication, it will be published without incurring any cost to the authors. However, authors are offered the option to publish your accepted article as Open Access. You will be provided with the details to this option after acceptance. Selecting the Open Access option will require an Article Processing Fee from either the author or his member institution. Please note color art is free of charge for the online publication. 不收，要是你选择OA是收取费用的。 |
