一种基于灾难救援系统,该系统由远程计算机控制端组成。通过获取灾难现场及被救目标的图像信息,运用VC++编程,利用识别路标信息调整运动模式进行越障救援;当靠近被救目标时,利用OPenCV库对获取的图像信息进行图像滤波、阀值化等一系列处理而识别被救目标信息,并在该信息的引导下展开救援。系统的运行是由视觉系统获取的灾难现场图像信息和目标物体信息引导完成的,同时具有远程操控功能,因此该系统能轻松完成复杂环境下完成灾难救援的任务。

This paper proposed a disaster relief-based system, which is composed of remote computer control ends. By obtaining the image information of disaster site and target objects to be rescued, and based on VC++ programming, this system can perform obstacle-surmounting rescue by identifying landmark information and
adjusting locomotion mode; As approaching to the target object to be rescued, the obtained image information was processed with image filtering and thresholding method using OPenCV database as to identify the target object information, under the guidance of which, the rescue was then implemented. The system operation was completed under the guidance of target object information and disaster site image
information obtained by the visual system. In addition, since such system

possesses remote control function, it can easily complete disaster relief task un

complicate environment.
