| 本人一篇送到ELSEVIER期刊论文 under review 2个月后变成 Under editor evluation 3天后变为 Decision in Process已经2天，请问这个Decision in Process 是啥隐含含义？难道是两个审稿人意见不一，需要讨论，被拒的可能性大吗？ |
