博士论文的东西，毕业后可以发表吗

大家好，请教大家几个问题。 1， 博士论文里的东西，毕业后会在网上比如谷歌学术上检索到，这样的话里面没有发表的内容是不是不能写文章了？ 2，毕业论文用英文写的，所以现在把正在审稿中的论文中的东西完全拷到毕业论文中了，这样会不会有问题？ 谢谢。 |

你好，你在什么杂志的编辑啊，下面的这个杂志是这么要求的，各杂志不一样啊看来？ Submission declaration and verification Submission of an article implies that the work described has not been published previously (Sample Text Sample Text or as an electronic preprint, see https://www.elsevier.com/sharingpolicy), that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, that its publication is approved by all authors and tacitly or explicitly by the responsible authorities where the work was carried out, and that, if accepted, it will not be published elsewhere in the same form, in English or in any other language, including electronically without the written consent of the copyright-holder.
