博士论文的东西，毕业后可以发表吗

大家好，请教大家几个问题。 1， 博士论文里的东西，毕业后会在网上比如谷歌学术上检索到，这样的话里面没有发表的内容是不是不能写文章了？ 2，毕业论文用英文写的，所以现在把正在审稿中的论文中的东西完全拷到毕业论文中了，这样会不会有问题？ 谢谢。 |
