【求助】origin非线性拟和问题

针对5个测量点用origin进行了三个参数（P1，P2，P3）的非线性拟和，拟和过程中先固定P2和P3，让P1变化，稳定后，固定P1和P3，让P2变化，稳定后，固定P1和P2，让P3变化，最后得到的参数P1和P2都是固定值，而P3有变化范围（Confidence limits），请问这样进行非线性拟和可以吗，其实这也是在origin一些教程上看到的方法，还是应该三个参数都不固定，进行拟和呢，这样P1，P2和P3都会有（Confidence limits）。下面是APL的Editor给的审稿意见，感觉他不是很明白这个拟和过程（当然在文中也不会写），请大家帮我分析一下，万分感谢！ Confidence limits need to be given for the calculated quantities. It is often not possible to calculate the attempt frequency to three significant figures, as is reported in the paper. Likewise, it is not clear whether the variations in fitting parameters fall in or out of the confidence limits for the values in Fig. 2 and 3. An understanding of this is critical to the evaluation of the paper. |
