[求助] 质谱分析 已有1人参与

the IS normalized MF was calculated by dividing the MF of the analyte by the MF of the IS.

The stability tests were conducted on the bench-top for 6 h, 3 freeze/thaw cycles,
post-preparative for 8 days in the autosampler (set at 10 ?C) and in
a freezer set at ?30 ?C for 1 month.

Analyte concentrations were calculated using a 1/x2 weighted linear least-square regres-sion analysis of the standard curve.

IS(Internal Standard) 内标
MF (matrix factor)基质效应因子
IS normalized MF:内标归一化基质效应因子
the IS normalized MF was calculated by dividing the MF of the analyte by the MF of the IS.
待测物与内标的MF的比值为内标归一化基质效应因子

The stability tests were conducted on the bench-top for 6 h, 3 freeze/thaw cycles, post-preparative for 8 days in the autosampler (set at 10 ?C) and in a freezer set at ?30 ?C for 1 month.
稳定性试验:
室温稳定性:试验台上放置6h
冻融稳定性:3个冻融循环
处理后样品稳定性:自动进样器内放置8天(某温度)、冰箱内放置1个月(某温度)。

Analyte concentrations were calculated using a 1/x2 weighted linear least-square regres-sion analysis of the standard curve.
待测物浓度由标准曲线计算,线性拟合:最小二乘法,加权因子1/x^2 。
