请教一下，下面的问题怎么回答，只需要一个实验设计即可，不是我要做的实验，只是一个题目而已。 Suppose you have isolated a new bacterial pathogen from a recent outbreak, the new isolate is extremely resistant to heat. A major virulence factor in this pathogen functions as a transcriptional activator of all the other virulence genes.
