Departments will not process incomplete applications. There is no guarantee that your applications will be reviewed if they are not complete by the deadline. Credentials and Translation. English Proficiency. GRE or GMAT Score. Complete the UT Dallas graduate application. $50 application fee. $50 foreign credential fee, if applicable. Diplomas and/or degree certificate. All college/university transcripts or mark sheets. Three letters of recommendation. Certified translation of non-English documents. All fees are non-refundable. Payment must be in U.S. dollars. Non-U.S. bank checks may be used, but must have the routing number permanently printed on the bottom.
