We respect both the technical merit and the scholarship underlying your submission. However, a publication priority consideration has led to the conclusion that the scope of the paper is not of sufficiently high priority for publication in our journal due to the large number of submissions. We regrettably have to decline your submission for publication. I am sorry for the publication decision we have to make this time, but I do appreciate you choosing IET Control Theory & Applications as a possible forum for your research results, and welcome future submissions from you. |
