PPT concentration on Arabidopsis root transformation?

I am going to do Arabidopsis root explant transformation. I have to use bar gene as the selective marker, since the host line has already got kanamycin and hygromycin marker. Is there anyone with the experience of PPT using on Arabidopsis tissue regeneration or Callus selection, or just got a reference talking about that?
