The complex dynamical equation include friction terms between the particles that couple both the translational and rotational degrees of freedom of the system. This effect is known to break the symplectic structure of the system and in turn destroy the Hamiltonian nature of the system [1]. I wonder how this could alter the results presented in the manuscript and the long term evolution of the system.
