No matter what, these things get no attention from you until you’ve succeeded with your top 5. 2、乔布斯 乔布斯就不介绍了。 他说，很多公司都会列出明年要完成的 10 件事，但 “明智的公司会把事项缩减到 3、4 项。” Jobs explained in a presentation that many companies will make a list of 10 things they want to achieve in a year, but “the smart companies will take that list and shrink it to three or four items.” 乔布斯会在苹果员工面前摆上白板，写下苹果接下来要干的事情。然后乔布斯会把他认为是愚蠢的想法划掉，最后再把最终清单的后几条删掉。 Jobs applied this strategy to the “top 100″ retreats he would hold with Apple’s leadership.
