求助陶瓷的 line broadening analysis是什么意思 怎么做啊？

| Prior to attempting (4), the authors need to ascertain that there are negligibly small compositional fluctuations in the compositions studied. Hence, a line broadening analysis of their ceramics are needed. Compositional fluctuations cause line broadening d-spacing variations (also wrongly known as microstrain). Hence, the authors need to ascertain that no such broadening is present to an appreciable extents. That can be accomplished by comparing the peak width to that of the instrumental width as is well documented in the 1980's literature. |
