关于投稿状态Under Editor Evaluation 已有6人参与

| The “Under Editor Evaluation” status is not mentioned in the Elsevier site. However, there are minor variations in the workflows of different Elsevier journals. Perhaps, the journal you have submitted to uses this status, while others don’t. This status indicates that the Editor is evaluating your manuscript based on the peer reviewer comments, but has not yet come to a decision. If the editor is satisfied with the reviews, you might be informed of the decision soon. If the editor feels that he wants an additional review, the status might change once again to "under review." Once the Editor has entered his decision on the journal system, the status changes to “Decision in process.” To quote from the Elsevier site: “If the Editor has registered a decision in the system but has not yet sent you the email confirming the decision, the status of your article will be listed as ‘Decision in Process’. |

按照楼主的解释，经历under editor evaluation后都会变成Decision in process 这个状态，才会修改，录用，或者拒绝的决定？还有就是，Decision in process既然表明编辑已输入对文章决定，那为何我们不能第一时间收到邮件呢，却还要等一段时间才收到邮件。这个过程编辑部发生了什么？ 发自小木虫IOS客户端 |
