还原型谷胱甘肽的USP38、JP16标准里，有关物质检查项下，为什么要在系统适用性溶液中加入抗坏血酸和苯丙氨酸来验证分离度呢，这两个成分并非还原型谷胱甘肽相关的降解杂质，那么，这两个化合物和还原型谷胱甘肽有什么直接或间接的联系呢？用他们来验证分离度用意何在？哪位高手能解答一二，在线等，急……谢谢！！！ 原文在此，仅供参考： System suitability： System performance: Dissolve 50 mg of glutathione, 10mg of D-phenylglycine and 50 mg of ascorbic acid in 100 mL of water. When the procedure is run with 10 mL of this solution under the above operating conditions, ascorbic acid,glutathione and D-phenylglycine are eluted in this order, and the resolutions between the peaks of ascorbic acid and glutathione and between the peaks of glutathione and D-phenylglycine are not less than 5, respectively. |
