3) There are nowadays many reports in the literature that the comparison between vertical excitations and experimental absorption/emission/CD spectra has a very limited physical meaning, because it neglects the electronic-nuclear vibronic coupling. In fact, computed band maxima can significantly shift from the vertical energy when such contributions are considered. The calculation of such contributions is doable by using the software package used by the authors. I recommend the authors to take this point into adequate consideration.
