In brief, samples of different tissues (liver, kidney, thyroid and BAT) were homogenized in methanol and purified using chloroform–methanol extraction and back extraction into an aqueous phase, followed by purification of the latter on Bio-Rad AG 1X2 resin columns (Bio-Rad, Richmond, CA, USA) (Morreale de Escobar et al., 1985) 大概意思我还是明白的,但是操作过程不知道具体是什么,尤其是大写的那步骤,有做过此类试验的人么? 请指教一二 |
