SCI期刊投稿时的AUTHOR DECLARATION问题

投一个期刊，需要上传签名的“AUTHOR DECLARATION”，里头有这么一段声明“We wish to confirm that there are no known conflicts of interest associated with this publication and there has been no significant financial support for this work that could have influenced its outcome.”。后面这段“there has been no significant financial support for this work that could have influenced its outcome”指的是什么意思呢？如果在Acknowledgements部分添加了文章资助的基金了，比如国自然啥的，应该不是“AUTHOR DECLARATION”里头的那种“financial support”吧？ 还有，上传了这个文件，那么在正文中是否还需要添加诸如“Conflict of interes：None”的段落？ |
