总编直接据稿，要不要换杂志，还是等等再投？

We do not consider manuscripts from the same author group on similar topics in parallel, and this means that the present manuscript cannot be considered until A151067 has been fully accepted. I refer you to the General Editorial Policies for a statement of this policy. I note that the last decision for A151067 was "publish after optional revision", but we will need a fully accepted manuscript in order to consider a new one from your group on a similar topic. Furthermore, we view the present manuscript as a follow-up to A151067, and for this reason it may only be considered for publication as a short Note. After A151067 is fully accepted you are welcome to submit a new manuscript, bearing a new tracking number, as a short Note. You should begin with the Note template. The present tracking number will be closed. Sincerely, XXXXXXX Editor-in-Chief 两篇文章，写了同一个问题的两个不同范围（如1-30，和30-100两个范围），公式不同，思想不同；但第二篇必须要引用第一篇，等到6个月（审稿人就找了1个半月），第一篇终于“publish after optional revision”；文章内容较偏，审稿人不好找，想着能审稿快一点，就在同一个期刊投了第二篇，一周后收到上述回信~~~ （1）第一篇“fully accepted”后还继续投这个杂志吗？是不是换一个希望更大点？ （2）编辑让修改成short Note，“short Note”和其他文章有什么区别？ |
