我的外导来信关于办理2019表的材料以及英语要求，最后一句是亮点。 已有6人参与

In order to start the paperwork for the DS-2019 application that you will need for your visas, we will need the following information of you: (1) Begin and end dates for your visit. (2) Copy of your resume or CV (3) Copy (translated) of your diploma for your highest degree (4) A recommendation letter from your academic department chair. (5) Copy of the biographical page of your passport (6) Place (country, city and district) and date of birth (7) Documentation of financial support (I will provide a letter for this, so you do not need do this step) （居然没说要CSC的资助证明，不过我会提供） (8) Completion of the attached health insurance compliance agreement. （说附件的医疗保险，但外导忘了发附件，还没看到是什么内容） I can provide an invitation letter, that also addresses your English proficiency. （以前请他到国内做过交流，英语由他证明，但关键是必需的材料里没提到要英语的什么托福，面试等） 供大家参考！ |
