本篇文章以太阳能板展开机构为例，介绍了以samcef为平台的机构建模与验证。 题目为 “DEPLOYMENT OF APPENDICES USING “MAEVA” HINGES: PROGRESSIN DYNAMIC MODELS This paper presents a new approach taking into accountcomplexity of the strips 3D deployment kinematics, which a simple revolutejoint can not describe. It achieves the most accurate motion prediction of theentire compliant mechanical system. The presentation hereafter detailsmicro-gravity tests pand comparisons between numerical simulation andexperiments to illustrate methodology validity. The present paper concludeswith the possibilities offered by this new tool to adjust physical parametersof this hinges family to obtain compliant appendices deployments once in orbit.Especially, it presents recent developments about a lighter hinge intended todeploy light appendices (m < 0.5 kg).   |
