我的研究是抽取一种疾病和对照的血清样本，进行biomarker的血清鉴定。
想请问：1）、我的是属于case-control研究？
2）、Clinical Studies Checklist要求如下：Complete #3-7 if your study involved any human participants or human subjects’ data. These questions should be addressed for prospective and retrospective studies.
6.If you are reporting a retrospective study, please report in the Methods section the dates of inclusion for human subjects’ data collected, and specify whether authors had access to identifying information during or after data collection.
