温度对分离指数的影响如图所示,随着温度升高,蔗糖分子和水分子的运动加剧,水分子在自支撑NaA分子筛膜表面和内部的吸附和扩散速率都增大,自支撑NaA分子筛膜对蔗糖分子的吸附量很少,对蔗糖/水二元体系的分离选择性增大,分离指数PSI 基本呈增大趋势,说明温度升高对提高分离指数有促进作用。
It is showed in the figure that the affect of temperature to separate index, with the raise of temperature, the movement of molecule of sucrose and water are more active, it is all enlarged that the speed of adsorbing and diffuse of surface and interior of membrane in the NaA molecular sieve of self----support for water molecure, the quantity of adsorbing of membrane to the molecule of sucrose in the NaA molecular sieve of self----support, the selectivity of separate of binary system for sucrose and water are enlarged, the separate index PSI is the basic trend of enlarging, it showed that the rasie of temperature have facilitation for the increasing of separate index. |
