投了scripta materialia，40天了还没消息，是不是要挂的节奏？

5月份投过一次，被拒了，审稿意见是“（前面都是客套话）In principle, the manuscript could be easily published since it is well-written and easy to follow. However, the present paper is very limited in scope and the results are not far from what one can expect. If one would ask the question if there is any new scientific contribution to the field in the manuscript, then the reviewer's answer would be no.” 后来毕业了，导师修改后又投了一次，已经过去40天了，杳无音讯。。。。这么久没消息会不会又悲剧了呀？ |
