关于掠入角衍射的一些疑问

投了一篇文章，被拒理由如下: In order to make authoritative comments about preferred orientations in coatings the authors need to carry out their XRD studies in the theta-2theta (Bragg-Brentano) geometry, not in grazing incidence. Since this aspect is a key part of their narrative and conclusions, the paper has to be rejected in this form. The authors should repeat their XRD studies and rewrite the paper accordingly. 可能是我的认知很有缺陷，所以想请教下虫友，我的薄膜只有2um厚，用XRD测出来的峰有很多的基体峰，所以换成了掠入角衍射，只有薄膜的峰。我以为掠入角衍射的图分析方式是和XRD的一样的，所以通过峰强分析了择优取向，但是好像不能这样，所以我想请教下大家，为什么不能用掠入角分析择优取向呀？以及我接下来该怎么做？有直接通过XRD来测试薄膜的晶相结构的吗？ 谢谢大家。 |
