关于scientific report的一些疑惑，哪位大神来帮助下！ 已有2人参与

In checking your manuscript submitted to Scientific Reports it has come to our attention that the following must be addressed before we can process your submission: -- Please ensure that all contributing authors are also listed on our system. -- Scientific reports has a strict limit of 200 words for the abstract. Please can you reduce the length of your abstract? -- Please note that sections and subheadings should not be numbered. -- Authors reporting experiments on live vertebrates (including humans) must confirm that all experiments were performed in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. Additionally the manuscript must include a statement identifying the institutional and/or licensing committee approving the experiments, including any relevant details, in the "Methods" section. Please ensure the ethics statement adheres to the following requirements: - Must include a sentence explicitly saying that the methods were carried out in "accordance" with the approved guidelines. -Must include a sentence which confirms that all experimental protocols "were approved by" a named institutional and/or licensing committee. Secretory vesicle transport velocity in living cells depends on the myosin V lever arm length. ,J. Cell Biol. 156, 35-39 (2002)."
