为获得化合物的电子结构分布,利用高斯程序的密度泛函理论,运用B3LYP机组对化合物的电子结构进行了模拟计算。 化合物的最优化空间构型和电子云在HOMO和LUMO上的分布如图所示。化合物的HOMO分布在碘取代基上,而LUMO则分布在4, 5-二氮杂螺笏上。 可以看出sp3-C阻碍了π 电子在整个分子中的流动,空穴和电子可以有各自的传输路径,这样的电荷分离情况说明了这些化合物具有很好的双极传输的潜质。 |

| In order to obtain the electronic structure distribution of chemical compounds, in this paper, the compound electronic structure was simulated using B3LYP unit based on Gaussian Process DFT ( Density Functional Theory ). The optimum spatial configuration of compound and the distribution of compound electron cloud on respectively HOMO and LUMO are shown in the figure below, wherein the HOMO is distributed on iodine substituent, while the LUMO is distributed on 4,5-diazafluorene. It can be seen that sp3-C obstacle the π electron flowing in the while molecule, and the hole and electron have the transmission path of each own.Such charge separation situation indicates that these chemical compounds are of great potential of bipolar transport capacity. |
