请问WCICSS2015国际会议正规吗？ 已有2人参与

请教各位同仁：https://wcicss.org/Home.html，这个会议正规吗？ 投了一篇论文。收到邮件（没有电子版录用通知书），按照注册地址信用卡付了款。 给他们发了E-mail，要电子版发票和邮寄邀请函，怎么一直都没给我回信？发了3封邮件啦！3号就发了！ 请问这个会议正规吗？注册费报销需要邮寄纸质发票吗？ Congratulations, your submitted paper titled " " has been refereed and accepted for the World Congress on Industrial Control Systems Security (WCICSS-2015) in London, UK.
