Acta Materialia 审稿和编辑意见如下，可否修改再投？ 已有5人参与

8月23号投了篇acta materialia, 第一次投这个杂志，审稿过程很快，当天主编分配给了Richard Wagner编辑，with editor几天后under review，under review了四五天后under editor evaluation，后过一天收到意见，审稿人只有一位，提出文章结构要重新组织，文章数据和内容倒不是太多意见，三四个小问题再加上几篇参考文献，编辑最后给的意见是据搞，具体如下，我想是否可以依据审稿人的意见仔细修改重投呢？？？Note from the editor里面倒是说可以依据意见仔细修改后再投，这个是不是套话呢，还是说这个杂志偶尔也是据搞再投。 第一次投这个杂志，没有经验，也是第一次遇到审稿人给大修编辑据搞情况，主要原因是审稿人意见很好回答，重新组织也很简单。。。我是想重投一次，求助各位有经验的专家了。。。 I have now received an independent review of your manuscript and have carefully reviewed the referee's comments (please see reviewer's comments below). The reviewer raises strong reservations. In view of the concerns raised in the review, I am sorry to inform you that this manuscript is not accepted for publication. However I have an important comment: this paper is difficult to read since there is too much mixing in data analysis and discussion. I would suggest a complete reorganization of the paper: 1) Introduction2) Experimental details3) Results and data analysis of X4) Results and data analysis of X5) Results 6) Discussion: comparison and interpretation of the experimental results7) Conclusion Now going rapidly through the paper: XXXXXX By a major reorganization of the paper this paper should be accepted. ---Note from the editor: On grounds of the numerous critical comments made by the reviewer, and in contrast to her/his recommendation, I have to reject the paper in its present state. 第一次投这个杂志，可能编辑权利比较大，对工作不感冒吧，或者涉及到文章结构这种程度的修改，编辑都给据稿哈？3楼2015-10-09 10:18:48
