【求助】VASP中SIGMA测试标准

谢谢大家。 因为初学VASP所以说明书没有看透。又看了一遍，关于SIGMA的说明书上如是说：Too large smearing-parameters might result in a wrong total energy ,small smearing parameters require large k-point mesh.SIGMA should be as large as possible keeping the difference between the free energy and the total energy in the OUTCAR negligible(1meV) 其他一些手册上有说SIGMA测试的范围为0.1-0.3eV [ Last edited by 冻冻2007 on 2008-9-7 at 09:59 ] |
