In this paper, the experimental setup of cold extrusion processing with electro-hydraulic chattering was developed and the working principle was described. A kind of cup part was selected as the research object, and a FE model was built by using the software Deform-3D. The velocity fields and the metal flow net were revealed during the extrusion processing. Changes of metal flow line with and without electro-hydraulic chattering were discussed with the help of SEM and Keyence super-depth three-dimensional microscopic system. |
