我是申请国内学校的资助出国奖学金，资助数额跟csc一样。 在申请过程中，教授发了一封这样的邮件。 Can you explain me how the scholarship from Xi'an Jiaotong University works? Will they pay the TU Delft or will they give the scholarship to you? 这个问题好说，奖学金是给我的，作为生活费。 Can you also check all the information required for a PhD student visa in the Netherlands?
