为进一步 表征 涂层的 表面形貌,我们 利用AFM方法。从图中 可以看出,复合涂层 与A涂层 相比,其 表面粗糙度 降低,晶粒变得 细小,进而 复合涂层 样品表面 变得 更加平滑,致密,晶界数量 也减少。这些变化 与 样品的 耐腐蚀性 提高 均有着 直接的 关系,因为 涂层表面的 缺陷处 容易 导致 腐蚀的发生。
To further characterize the surface appearance of coating, AFM method was adopted. It can be seen from the figure that compared to A coating, the composite coating has a lower surface roughness and a smaller crystalline grain, thus the composite coating became more smooth and compact as well as enjoy a decreased number of grain boundary. All these change will directly enhance the corrosion resistance of the sample, because the defects on coating surface tend to cause the occurrence of corrosion. |
