各位虫友，咨询个事情。今年上半年注册了一个Elsevier在上海的国际会议，提交了摘要最后也注册参会了。会议费用570多美元未提交，邮件说明了我要到现场在提交。但是最后会议没有能去参加，也就未提交会务费了，本来以为事情就这样结了呢。可是前天收到会务组的一个邮件说9天之内，将费用交给他们否则就采取必要措施。非常不解就给他们写了一封邮件，说明情况我没有参加，不知道还要交这个费用。他们的回复很快说，你没有参加，但是也没有提前取消会议注册。因此还是需要务必把费用交上去(他说条款上有这一条)。各位这是第一次遇到这种情况，请问这个情况是正常的吗？感觉冤的慌~~~请各位给支招，不胜感激。 PS,这是最后的条款 Cancellation information SSubstitutions may be made at any time but please advise customer services of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify customer services immediately. Provided written notice is received by Friday 12 June 2015, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by Friday 26 June 2015, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after Friday 26 June 2015, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable. |
