投了篇国际会议，因为有事没去成，文章接收但不能出版在会议集里，于是他们推荐了一个special issue, 以"accepted but not presented" manuscripts 的形式发表，发起来比正常投稿快。 最后一封邮件让我confused. 问题： 1、是让我提交word格式而不是pdf格式吧？带不带图呢？为什么他说no figures just figure captions？ 2、最后一段的beyond是什么意思？ 第一次遇到这种情况，望虫友们指点迷津。 Dear author, As you agreed to publish your "accepted but not presented” paper(s) from *** conference to ###, please upload your articles, at which time you will be able to access the copyrights. We cannot use these PDFs that you submitted to ***submission site with the conference title. It is a request that you upload your articles in the program files that were used to create the PDF. Text should be provided in either word or LaTex, no figures just figure captions. Figures should be provided in tiff, jpeg, or similar program. A PDF of the complete article should be provided for posting under Forthcoming articles, the Conference title should be removed. Your articles should be submit to the special issue ***: Beyond The Technical Program and %%% (人名) who was one of the organizers of *** is the Guest Editor for this journal, this Special Issue. |
