| The coding sequences were obtained from the L. maculans genome database, while genomic sequences were identified from contigs and supercontigs (SCs). The contigs and SCs were aligned and further subjected to FGENESH software (https://linux1.softberry.com/) using the L. maculans genome as a query and with default parameters. |
