本人ansys新手,最近在做一个零件的热处理加热模拟。将一个回转体零件,初始温度为20℃,放入温度为500℃的加热炉中加热(零件材料的热性能在命令流中给出)。我取零件的1/4来进行分析。我模仿一个类似的实例编写了我的命令流,可是计算结果很奇怪,温度分布的三维云图显示,零件的温度似乎温差很小很小,我觉得这样绝对不可能啊。这个问题困扰我很久了,各位朋友有没有遇到过这个问题,请不吝赐教= =!
