Fully Supported Ph.D. Student Position (ME) Available at Rowan University 2016

A fully-funded Ph.D. student position is available in Dr. Wei Xue's group in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Rowan University. The position can start as early as Spring 2016 or Fall 2016 and will remain open until filled. The candidate should have a B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or other related technical areas such as Physics, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering. The Ph.D. student is expected to work on interdisciplinary projects related to wearable systems, electronics, microfluidics, sensors, and nanotechnology. Rowan University is located in the Philadelphia metropolitan area. The main campus in Glassboro, NJ (including the College of Engineering) is roughly 25 minutes southeast of Philadelphia, PA.
