PbTe纳米粒子的合成

请问合成PbTe 纳米粒子的时候,是不是只要用到碲粉的都需要通氮除氧,TiCl4,Na2TeO3 需要通氮吗?请问以下几种方法需要通氮吗? In the low-temperature aqueous chemical route, 5 g NaOH was put into a beaker and dissolved in distilled water. The beaker was heated to some temperature with magnetic stirring. Then 1 mmol Te and 2 g NaBH4 were added. After the solution changed to purple black, 1 mmol Pb(CH3COO)23H2O aqueous solution was added drop by drop. After reactions, the beaker was cooled to room temperature. The gray powders were collected. In a typical procedure, 1.2 g NaOH was dissolved in 30 mL of deionized water at room temperature with constant stirring. Then, 3 mmol of Pb(CH3COO)23H2O, 3 mmol TeO2, and 0.3 g NaBH4 were added in turn. After stirring for 15 min, the mixture was transferred into a Teflon-lined stainless steel autoclave. The autoclave was held at 160 ℃ for 20 h and then cooled in air to room temperature. The gray powders were collected by centrifugation, washed with deionized water and ethanol several times, The clean PbTe nanocubes were obtained and then air-dried at 60℃ for 5 h for further characterization. Since, the toxicity of the heavy element Pb, the powders are sealed in plastic bags and placed in desiccators。 In a typical process, 2 mmol of Te powder, 0⋅02 g of NaOH and 3 mL of N2H4⋅H2O (85%) were dissolved in 30 mL of ethylene glycol under magnetic stirring. When the Te powder was completely dissolved, colour of the reaction became purple. Then 2 mmol of Pb(NO3)2 plus 0⋅3 g of the Schiff base dissolved in 30 mL of ethylene glycol was added into the above solution dropwise |
