DMD修回，但审稿人的意见看不太明白，请高手帮忙看看（酶的抑制试验）

研究内容简介：主要研究了十几个中药成分对6种CYP450酶的抑制作用，求算了很多IC50和Ki值，然后我投稿时，就放了某个成分对6个酶的IC50抑制曲线(Fig.2)，及另一个成分对5个酶的 Lineweaver Burk and Dixon plots（Fig.4)，Fig3是判断机制性抑制的IC50shift曲线（也是某个成分对部分酶） 其中有一条意见如下：Various mechanisms for inhibition are proposed and the detail of the study probably does not justify this. Lineweaver Burk and Dixon plots are presented. While these are good diagnostic plots, the definitive K, comes from the nonlinear regression. Again Supplementary Material (similarly for Fig 2 and 3 – IC50 plots). 这条意见上面的是这么写的：Results are presented in substantial detail. Table 1 belongs in Supplementary Material and Table 2 can be reduced by half as 7-8 of the components have IC50 values not detectable (> 50μM). This can be reported in text. （这条我已经改好了） 文章中Data analysis我是这么写的：先用Lineweaver Burk and Dixon plots图判断抑制类型，然后用非线性回归的方法求算Ki值，但最后的判断模型的是R2值等。我在描述这段包括IC50的时候都没有把方程列进去，这段的意思是要我把用于求算参数的方程列入补充材料还是把所有IC50和Ki的图放入补充材料呢？真是看不太明白。 请大家帮我分析分析，谢谢！！ |
