关于metacentre的定义 已有1人参与

在一本专业英语书上的定义是：the metacentre is the point where the line of the upthrust meets the centre line of the boat. 我从wikipedia查查到的定义（https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metacentric_height#Metacentre）：The point at which a vertical line through the heeled centre of buoyancy crosses the line through the original, vertical centre of buoyancy is the metacentre.对于这句不是很明白，这是指的哪两条线的交点？请知道的虫子帮忙解释一下！多谢！ |

The point at which a vertical line through the heeled centre of buoyancy crosses the line through the original, vertical centre of buoyancy is the metacentre.对于这句不是很明白，这是指的哪两条线的交点？请知道的虫子帮忙解释一下！多谢！ metacentre 即定倾中心。你所引用的维基百科的定义是：通过浮力倾斜中心的垂直线与通过浮力原垂直中心的线的交叉点即是定倾中心。不知你明白吗，这样解释不知妥否：浮力原垂直中心线就好像是垂直不动的钟摆的中心线，倾斜中心的垂直线就是摆动后固定在某个角度时的钟摆的中心线，这两根线的相交点就是定倾中心（像手表中间固定分针、秒针的那个点）。 |
