帮朋友翻译一段文章,因不是同专业的,有很多专业术语不会,请诸位同学帮忙,文章见下,谢谢! 1例53岁女性因患Ⅱ型糖尿病，糖尿病周围神经病变；尿路感染；精神分裂症入院治疗。既往无心脏病史及药物过敏史。入院第二天，给予头孢曲松钠2 g加入0.9%氯化钠注射液100 ml静滴，治疗尿路感染。在首次用药静滴大约29分钟时，患者突然出现颜面及双手潮红，继而出现口吐白沫、心跳呼吸骤停。立即给予地塞米松、肾上腺素、多巴胺等药物抢救，施行胸外心脏按压、气管插管及人工呼吸机心肺复苏。抢救30分钟，心跳未恢复死亡。患者的死亡与头孢曲松钠有时间相关性，且不能用其原发病及平素常规服用的药物来解释，故可以认为是头孢曲松钠过敏所致，心跳呼吸骤停 [ Last edited by yhyh96 on 2008-9-1 at 12:33 ] |
