[求助] SEM-EDX 图谱分析,不懂,特求助,求助 已有1人参与

Studies of the homogeneity, degree of Ni dispersion in the fresh catalyst and the morphological appearance of the fresh and used catalysts have been carried out with a scanning electron microscope (SEM) Hitachi S-3400 coupled to a Si/Li detector for energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) analysis.

看不懂这个图,但是对我来说很有用,很能说明问题。

Additionally, line profiles of Ni Ka and Cu Ka in Ni-Cu-Si catalysts (Fig. 5b) reveal that Cu in the sample Fus Ni-Cu-Si is chemically associated with Ni in the reduced catalyst through the formation of a Ni Cu alloy that could not be resolved by XRD. For the impregnated catalysts the correlation of Ni Ka and Cu Ka line profiles is not complete. This effect is even more defined in the sample Imp2 Ni-Cu-Si in which some peaks,in the Cu profile correspond with valleys in the Ni profile,indicating that, at least, not all the copper is chemically associated to Ni.

一个元素沿一条线的强度分布,线扫描,具体做的哪个位置应该扫描图里有说的

我也听说了是线扫描,但是不会分析。比如文献里分析可以得到镍和铜生成合金了,怎么得到的这个信息?你知道吗?

这个很难,只能说在一个位置是不是同时有几种不同元素,但是是不是合金,不能明确告诉你这个结论,只能说不矛盾
