关于provisionally accepted for publication已有2人参与

论文三个月之前投的，一个国外的比较水的四区，一个月给了回复，“reject and resubmit", 并附了两个审稿人的意见，修改后再次提交。两个月后写了催稿信，昨天给了回复，投稿系统上显示的是pre-accepted，需要creat a revision，但是看邮件还是有些不懂的地方，求助。。。 Many thanks for your email. Before we proceed to publication I would like to invite you to read the attached draft guidelines for authors 'How to publish in Industrial Robot'. Our aim is to help you maximise the impact of your manuscript so that it is as widely downloaded and cited as possible. At this stage the most appropriate section of the attached guide is 'Pre-accept' and under this heading I would like you to improve/correct the following aspects: Format - The file is currently a PDF but for production we now need it as a single Word document with all the figures and their captions embedded. Please let me know if Word is difficult for you. Video abstracts - this is entirely voluntary but can add significantly to the contribution. Please also consider the comments under 'How to submit a Manuscript' that relate to the title and structured abstract. I am not suggesting that you should change them - just that you consider if they could be further optimised. To revise your manuscript, log in and enter your Author Centre, where you will find your manuscript title listed under "Manuscripts with Decisions." Under "Actions," click on "Create a Revision." Your manuscript number has been appended to denote a revision. You will be unable to make your revisions on the originally submitted version of the manuscript. Instead, revise your manuscript using a word processing program and save it on your computer. Please also highlight the changes to your manuscript within the document by colouring the major changes in RED. Please do NOT use the track changes mode in MS Word as this makes re-review difficult. Once the revised manuscript is prepared, you can upload it and submit it through your Author Centre. When submitting your revised manuscript, you will be able to respond to the comments made by the reviewer(s) in the space provided. You can use this space to document any changes you make to the original manuscript. In order to expedite the processing of the revised manuscript, please be as specific as possible in your response to the reviewer(s). IMPORTANT: Your original files are available to you when you upload your revised manuscript. Please delete any redundant files before completing the submission. Because we are trying to facilitate timely publication of manuscripts submitted, your revised manuscript should be uploaded as soon as possible. If it is not possible for you to submit your revision in a reasonable amount of time, we may have to consider your paper as a new submission. Once again, thank you for submitting your manuscript and I look forward to receiving your revision. 有几个问题不太懂，求助一下： 1.编辑也说了，只得到了一个审稿人的回复，目前是provisionally accepted，算接受吗？ 2.目前看编辑的评论，只需要上传Word文档，是不是就不用修改别的了？ 3.后面说修改标红和给reviewer的回复，然邮件里并没有附上reviewer的回复，如何理解呢？ 谢谢~ |
