Hi, I gating the cells with antibody CD11b ( PE/cy7) and CD11c (PE/Dazzle 594) in flow J, but the results is erratic. Attached please find the picture, whats the problem of the result? anyone can help me with it ?? Thanks! (I name the PE/Dazzle 594 as PE/Texas Red in Flow J)  CD11c CD11b |
