[求助] 电面完了，外导这样回信，有没有着急要proposal的意思在里面？已有6人参与

It was a pleasure to talk to you on the phone.
Postdoctoral fellows in my group typically get a topic in which they should work in. Depending on the person and skills, they also get a chance to initiate their own projects. Imagine this would be your case.
Could you write a short proposal (2-4 pages) on a topic that you would like to work on in my group? Please send this proposal to me at your earliest convenience. My final decision will take a few days after I get this information from you.
