关于地图版权的问题

最近投稿Scientific Reports，形式审查意见如下： ----Please can you clarify how the map in figure 1 was generated? Please cite the software used to create the map in the figure legend if you or one of your co-authors created it. Alternatively, please cite the paper the map has been modified from in your figure legend and provide permissions, in English, from the copyright holder (the publisher of the paper) to publish the map under an open license. We ask for proof of copyright even for modified figures, and even for papers with a common author. 因为图1涉及到一张中国地图，原图是网上找到的，没有看到相关版权说明，请问应该如何回复该条意见比较好？ |
